Guarantee
Fridgedoor accepts all magnets and bath products, in resalable condition with its original packaging intact, back for a full merchandise refund, exchange or credit within 30 days. Custom magnet orders are not returnable. S&H is not refundable.

Founder
Fridgedoor.com was founded and is
operated by Chris Gwynn, whose online experience dates from early 1994 and
encompasses marketing and e-commerce positions with Ziff-Davis’ ZDNet, the
AT&T Business Network, Industry.net, and as a Business-to-Business Internet
Commerce Analyst for the Yankee Group. Mr. Gwynn started Fridgedoor.com as a
part time endeavor in May 1997, while employed as the Product Marketing
Manager for Industry.net, an Internet-based marketplace for industrial
supplies. Sales increased to such
a point by December 1998 that Mr. Gwynn left his then Industry Analyst position to
work full-time on Fridgedoor.com.

Privacy is taken very seriously at Fridgedoor.com. Our privacy policy is simple. We will not provide, rent, or make available in any way, our customer information to any parties outside of Fridgedoor.com. Period. All customer information is stored offline in an encrypted format in a secure data environment. No personally identifiable information is collected on visitors to our site.
Customer order information, i.e. Bill To and Ship To addresses, credit card information and phone numbers, are used to process the order only.
Unsolicited mailings, e-mail or physical mail, or phone calls are not made. If you are uncomfortable providing your phone number, please enter 555-555-5555 in the phone number field.
Customer e-mail addresses are used to send order updates only, such as a
shipment confirmation with UPS Tracking Number. We encourage customers to

Return Policy
Retail Items
Fridgedoor accepts all product returned within 30 days in resalable condition, with its original packaging intact, for a full merchandise refund, exchange or credit. Package the merchandise in the same or similar box as it shipped, include the invoice number, and ship back to the address listed below. We do not reimburse shipping costs. Fridgedoor is not responsible for items damaged during return shipment.

Custom Items
Custom orders are custom and are not returnable. Product samples are available upon customer request. One e-mail or fax proof is
provided for customer approval as part of the order process. The customer is
responsible for all errors and omissions once they have approved the proof.
Production starts upon customer's proof approval. Orders can be cancelled at
any point during the order process. The customer is responsible for all costs
incurred up through the date of cancellation.
